The Bay Leaf is a slow-growing evergreen tree native to the Mediterranean region. Its leaves are glossy, dark green, and aromatic, with a distinct fragrance that is widely used as a culinary herb in cooking. 

Position: Full sun 

Grows to Height: 4m to 5m

Note: It's not all about the height. When opting for a larger plant, you are selecting a plant that is overall more advanced and mature than the smaller size. The root ball is more established therefore supporting quicker growth.
