Can I pick up from you?
Sunshine Coast Plants is an online only delivery based nursery. This is how we are able to offer such great prices on quality professionally grown plants. We deliver direct from the production nursery to you. For this reason, we offer our 'Green Thumb Guarantee' to give you confidence and reassurance you will be happy with your purchase.
I’ve just placed and order, can you tell me when it’s going to be delivered?
Most orders are fulfilled within 3 to 5 days of receipt. We aren’t able to advise an exact time or day of delivery, but when ordering you can leave a note of a safe place to deliver your plant/s in the event you may not be home. Due to high demand during COVID outbreaks, our delivery timeframes may increase. We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Learn more on our delivery processes here.
Do you deliver to my location?
We ship to Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
Please check out our delivery regions on our Shipping Policy page to see if we ship to your location. Click and collect is also available from our Sunshine Coast depot.
What’s your delivery charges?

PURCHASING
I’m looking for a particular plant _______, do you have it?
Visit our latest stocklist, so you can see what our range is. Or you can search our website using the search bar at the top of the home page. If the plant isn’t listed on our stocklist or website, we do not have it available at this time. Check in later as stock is always changing.
What plant can you recommend for my space?
We don’t offer specific landscape design advice at this time unless required for a commercial project but please check out our range and the plant descriptions to see if may suit your needs. For all trade enquiries, please contact admin@sunshinecoastplants.com.au
We are after a nice feature plant, what do you recommend?
We have many plant types available for different purposes, but don’t provide personalised shopping recommendations at this time. Check out our full plant range and their different uses on our website.
I’ve just ordered plants from you, what size pot should I pot them up into?
Take note of the pot size you purchased your plant in from us (mm size). You can pot it up at home in whatever size you prefer, so long as it’s larger than what it’s in to promote the growth.
Can I buy a gift for a friend and get it delivered?
So long as your friend lives in our delivery areas, yes you can order a gift for your friend and get it delivered. Check out our Shipping Policy with delivery areas and rates. We can also put a personalised message with your gift, just leave what you want to say in the notes section upon ordering.
Can you do a better price if we bought in bulk?
We don’t offer bulk buy discounts, unless it is for a commercial project. For all trade enquiries, please contact admin@sunshinecoastplants.com.au. Our pricing is below other retail levels and with a focus on best quality, efficient online ordering and delivery to your door.
BILLING & GENERAL ENQUIRIES
Can I have a tax invoice for my purchase?
The order confirmation you have received can be used as a tax invoice as it has the “tax invoice” wording with our ABN on the top and also includes a GST breakdown in the taxes section. However, you can leave us a note during purchase online if something further is needed OR email us at admin@sunshinecoastplants.com.au
I want to order something from you, but I don’t want to put in my credit card details, is there another way to order?
Pre-payment of your order is necessary before any delivery of goods can be made. We do not use PayPal but are able to provide an invoice with Sunshine Coast Plants bank account details for direct deposit.
Can you please call me on my mobile to discuss?
We often experience high volumes of enquiries as a small business and it can be challenging for us to call you same day. Please email your enquiry to sales@sunshinecoastplants.com.au and we will put you on our call back list. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for a response.
