Acer Palmatum Atropurpurum - Japanese Maple
The Japanese Maple displays a foliage with different colours throughout the seasons. The typical five-lobed, veined maple leaves are purple in spring, turn red and green in summer and finally deep scarlet in autumn. Acers prefer rich, moist soil.
