Betula nigra - Tropical Birch

The Betula nigra is a beautiful, fast growing, medium-sized ornamental tree with a deep green summer foliage. The cinnamon-brown bark exfoliates in papery sheets and reveals the white trunk. 

This deciduous tree also known as River Birch tolerates heat and moderate drought conditions once established and is well suited for the climate in South East Queensland.

Grows to Height: 10m
