Dypsis leptochelios - Redneck Palm

A spectacular feature palm that as it matures develops a soft furry brown trunk and elongated large green fronds. Because if this furry trunk it is also known as a Teddy Bear palm. It has stunning bluish grey rings around the base and is an absolute stand out in any garden.

Position: Full sun, part shade.

Height: Approx 6m-9m

Note: It's not all about the height. When opting for a larger plant, you are selecting a plant that is overall more advanced and mature than the smaller size. The root ball is more established therefore supporting quicker growth.
