Heliconia bihai x caribaea 'Hot Rio Nights'

One of the most popular landscaping heliconia's. Hot Rio Nights is a tropical clumping plant with large, red coloured bracts. A great landscaping plant that maintains its bright green foliage all year round. Growing to around 4m tall, it's a great choice for introducing heliconia's where a tropical screen is required.

Position: Full sun to 50% shade

Grows to: 4m to 5m 

Note: It's not all about the height. When opting for a larger plant, you are selecting a plant that is overall more advanced and mature than the smaller size. The root ball is more established therefore supporting quicker growth.
